The award-winning AFH EpiCenter was the first in Boston to achieve LEED Platinum certification, or the highest designation for energy sustainable buildings.

Our building is located between 100 W First & Second Street. Our main entrance is located on 100 West Second Street. We are also located off of A Street in the Fort Point district of South Boston. Our building is handicap adjacent. Two of our entrances, located on 100 West Second Street are street level and wrap around a mezzanine to an elevator that brings you downstairs on the main floor of the event space. Our entrance on 100 West First Street entrance is street level to the main floor of the event space.
Parking
We do not have free parking at our facility. There is a parking garage located directly behind our building called the Channel Center Garage. This is located on 116 W First Street. Weeknights after 6pm & weekends are $8 to park. Weekday is about $28, to park for the whole day.
