Scaling GenAI for the Enterprise
GenAI is a powerful paradigm for creating natural language systems that can interact with humans and data. However, scaling GenAI for the enterprise poses several challenges, such as data quality, security, governance, and domain adaptation. In this presentation, we present our experience and insights from leading the GenAI transformation at PwC, one of the world’s largest professional services firms.
We describe how we integrated GenAI across 400+ use cases in diverse domains, developed ChatPwC, a GenAI-based platform for internal communication and collaboration, and designed GenAI frameworks and policies to facilitate the development and deployment of GenAI solutions. We hope that our lessons learned can inspire and inform other practitioners and researchers who are interested in scaling GenAI for the enterprise.
